Please join us in praying for the Catholic community in Fort Chipewyan where Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Catholic Church was destroyed in a fire last night. We pray for those who have lost their meeting place and hope they are able to find fellowship and spiritual comfort in other ways during this time of transition. We pray the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Catholic Church will be rebuilt and restored so the Catholic community can continue to gather and celebrate in community.

At this difficult time, we turn to Mary, our Mother, for her intercession.
Hail, Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
