Father Mercredi High School Registration
Father Patrick Mercredi Community High School – Science & Technology Centre
Starting in September 2011, all students in grades 7 to 12 will be attending either Father Mercredi High School or Holy Trinity High School.
An extensive modernization of Father Mercredi High School will transform the school into a Science and Technology Centre. Like Holy Trinity Catholic High School, Father Mercredi will offer the full range of the Alberta Education curriculum allowing students to obtain their High School Diploma. However, specialized programs and options in the area of Power Engineering, Robotics, Instrumentation, Automotives, Fabrication (Welding), Carpentry, Photography, Arts and many more will be available. Students may also enrol in the Hockey, Baseball, Golf, Cheer or Soccer Academy that will be offered at the school.
Father Mercredi Community High School is the designated school for students in grades 7 to 12 residing in:
- English Program of Studies: Dickinsfield, Thickwood, South of Athabasca River
- Science & Technology Specialized Program (Senior High): All students
- Baseball, Golf or Cheer Academies: All students
- Hockey & Soccer Academy: will be offered at both Holy Trinity and Father Mercredi High School
