Community School/Facility Rentals
Are elementary schools gymnasium available to rent?
The Catholic and Public School Districts and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo have signed a Joint Use of Facilities Agreement to provide the most efficient use of public facilities in the region.
Elementary schools gymnasiums are available for community use two evenings per week during the school year and can be rented through the Facility Booking Coordinator at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Please call 780-799-5865. Please note that group renting the gymnasium must provide proof of liability insurance for any facility bookings.
Facilities in the High School are managed by the individual school Community Coordinator.
What facilities are available to rent from the two Catholic High Schools?
Father Patrick Mercredi Community and Holy Trinity Catholic High School along with the Suncor Centre for Performing Arts have a wide range of facilities available for community, youth and other organizations to host events and programs for recreation, sports, education, performing arts. The new Suncor Energy Centre for Performing Arts includes state of the art lighting and sound systems and performance seating for up to 350 spectators. The black box theatre can also be converted into a banquet/conference facility to host up to 300 people
